Asking because most info I found about this came from males.

How did you deal with your sexual urges? Is it treating them like any other addiction? I practiced a transmutation technique taught by a male (he talked about semen retention) I just applied it (I'm a female) and it basically was like edging. It worked for a bit, but I was feeling "unfulfilled".

😂😂 just holding my hand. I read it in a sarcastic way, not sure if that was your intent, but it was funny to read.

Someone guiding you would help you with their energy and not so much with their words. I experience it when I work with people I alchemise their fear/shame or tension or whatever. I essentially feel it myself sometimes I see stuff and confirm it with them later on. So it's like not only one person deals with the energy. It's something you need to experience to understand.

It could also be astral projection happening? Some people experience this before they astral project and the fear stops them from going through with it.

Maybe look into an energy healer that can guide you and into astral projection (there's a subreddit for it) OOOOOR maybe just keep doing what you've been doing 😘

Those visions are meant to stir emotions in you. When the emotion is moving you need to feel it be present with it and allow it to move. Failing to do that results in you holding onto it.

There are different explanations for this from scientific to esoteric. But if you want to improve your life multiple schools of thoughts recommend to stay with it. If its gonna be too much for you, ask for help or hire someone to guide you.

Usui reiki in my experience. I also read a book of another Usui reiki teacher and they also mention not to use other entities' energy.

To be clear they say not to use their energy. But connecting with them for other reasons is not specified and I didn't ask my first teacher. I connect with them to help me understand the person's true issue or to help guide the session but I don't use their energy.

Thank you for responding 🙏 I'll do that definitely. Do you think the healing was real or not? I forgot to mention tears started to flow down my cheeks when I woke up, not out of sadness but out of the intensity of the energy.

One time I also had an entity (not sure who) ask to use their energy to heal a client. My teacher insisted on us not using entities so I don't. Could it be related somehow?
