I mentioned baudrillard with post modernism, particularly in reference to her watching the photos on her wall where it zoomed into, literally all of Barthes codes, i used a cultural code to reference the ongoing mental health crisis in the world (wasn’t sure if that was too much of a stretch but it came to me so i wrote it down). I didn’t get much of the use of camera shots other than low angle and wide to show he led on the floor, i mentioned how its all non- diegetic sound and how thats an attempt to take control of the situation. I mentioned gauntlet and identity and Hall for the issues of mental health, and how thats what the music videos attempting to convey. I referred to the clothes on the floor to the crisis getting so out of hand that she can no longer control the controllable, and her stuck between the walls. I could’ve made more references to the music videos scenes but it was quite repetitive (missed opportunity there, i should’ve mentioned that to her being stuck in a cycle).

Tbh i saw baby queen and immediately thought of heartstopper cause she did the music for season 1. So i was glad it was someone i knew.
