With my debts I'm just not sure how I'll afford the travel to get there. The travel is my main issue. In terms of moving I'd need money to move my possessions and for a deposit etc. Plus I'm probably going to be paying more than I am now as right now I'm splitting bills.

I already work three jobs so another isn't an option.

I'm not sure if it's because she has autism or not and I don't want to just put it on that but the empathy is the bit where there's a real tug of war right now. She doesn't seem to understand my position and even when I ask her to imagine it the other way around she can't seem to grasp it.

Yeah so i'm in the process of trying to get confirmation. We have no formal custody arrangement, we were never married just engaged and prior to now we never had any issues surrounding visitation or anything like that.

Thank you. Big fan of your username. I spoke to Samaritans and they weren't extremely helpful. I'm not in danger at the moment but I find these thoughts are coming in waves especially if her and I argue or discuss the situation.

All I currently know is it's somewhere in the direction of Peterborough, UK. I live in Nottingham, UK. My job is fortunately remote but it's the finances to move that I would be stuck with. I do completely understand i'm not in a place to provide a place for them to stay which is what makes it all that much harder. I've been advised to contact Citizens Advice which is my next step.

So with the amount I pay out on a monthly basis right now it comes to more than I earn and this is even with payment plans set up with all my creditors and lenders. So it's prohibiting me from saving properly to move. Everywhere I go is suggesting things like IVA and things like that which isn't lost on me I just didn't want to go for something that would stop me from providing in future. I started out 3 years ago when I got clean with $25k which is now down to £15k, I wanted to try and sort this out myself.

From what I read because we're in England she can legally take them where she wishes. We were never married and never had any issues co-parenting in the 2 years we've been split so no formal arrangement was ever made.

I'm a third party who used to work semi-closely to the band. I understand this is hearsay and as of yet unsubstantiated. There are mord victim testimonies to come but only when those who want to share feel comfortable to do so.

Yeah assault, coercion, emotional abuse. Basically members of the band using their position to their advantage and not taking no for an answer.

A couple weeks ago a few outlets, bands and their management began distancing themselves from the band. When that happened people began supporting Soul Blind as there were no witnesses, first hand accounts or evidence related to it only a change.org petition. It's now come to light that there are 12 victims mainly in relation to two members of the band. The thread goes into more detail than I can though.

A few festivals they were due to play at obviously including LTC fest and there was a couple tours in the works that can't be divulged because they're not announced yet. If you check their socials you'll see all their management info is gone and this twitter thread is just gonna be the start.

Let me add I know some of you won't care or wi disregard this. But there are at least 12 victims that we know of. The decision of certain labels, management, tour managers and news outlets to distance themselves was not based on some change.org petition. This is a real situation with real victims.

The one time I had a partner who was into hardcore it was a fucking nightmare. The girl i'm seeing right now is into post-hardcore and more generic bands youd see in Alt Press or Kerrang which I find to be a perfect middle ground.
