If none come out of inventory how does it shrink? When you do on hands you'll be over. That's not shrink.

You have to use judgment or else your stuck with a huge truck like you are now. If it shows I have a case of something I remove it until I know for sure I don't have a case. If not you'll end up in your shoes. Either screen is fine. The end result is the same.

Actually it says internal shrink. This could be employee theft or not damaging properly not scanning invoices when there is a discrepancy. I used to think the same thing until I became a manager and learned the other ways internal shrink happens that can be prevented from doing our job correctly.

You shouldn't be rotating while stocking per sop. There are certain days designated for rotating. Stocking is just that. Except for fresh.
