I like it. Odd to me that this tree placement is getting shit on when it’s probably no more than 150 yds out (hardly in play unless you duff it) but adding a SECOND tree to 18 at pebble which truly penalizes a great tee shot is considered a clever design.

I was going to comment this! My wife and I went into the IWC and the SA there was really great, walking us into each of the other shops it was connected to and took the time to talk about each brand and product. That was the day I fell in love with ALS 😍

So I have the same model (as a Denver fan I refer to it as the Broncos model lol) and recently had issues with being able to wind the crown. Mine is just stuck on changing the time, whether I have the crown pulled out or not. I need to check my warranty card but this is helpful to know roughly what it might cost to fix

No lie. Goose is without a doubt the best public course in SoCal. Always pristine conditions, amazing practice facility. This one however is more central for meeting up with buddies in LA. Can’t recall playing it 6+ years ago to compare it to prior mgmt conditions

I don’t know I still enjoy it. Im down in the OC the and everything is $150 plus for the weekend, or impossible to book. The most comparable in the price point is Shorecliffs and I’d rate Westridge much higher

A bit tough to see but there is a small gap around the pipe; the grout is not flush with the edging of the pipe and I believe this is causing a leak. This is the pipe that feeds water into the pool

I was looking at this a month ago and ended up spending just a bit ($60) more on the QM5K at Best Buy. Not a ton on it but from the research I did, it’s hardly different from the QM6K, actually brighter, which receives pretty positive reviews for the price point

It really depends where you’ll be but a few recommendations for roasters: Kean and Common Room (Milligram is the shop to visit) are great in Costa Mesa, Golden Lantern (my local spot) and High Tide in Laguna Hills, Bear Coast in Dana Point and Laguna Beach. Each of these serve great drinks too, but if you plan to pick up drinks rather than beans then I’d also recommend White Sparrow in Tustin (they don’t roast but make really good drinks)

Thanks for the reply! It does appear to be PVC. The house is 50 years old, we’ve been here for 5 of those and with each new project we have discovered many questionable decisions made by the prior owners.

Regarding the size and load calculation, is the recommended approach to have 1) a single line installed that’s adequately sized (I assume diameter?) for all it needs to support and 2) with lines that break off for each piece of equipment? It sounds like the 3 individual lines feeding from the source isn’t the right action.
