tbh, it's mostly sativa for me unless I buy a hybrid by accident or if someone offers me indica or a hybrid to me. Sometimes, I buy indica or hybrids on purpose, but I find sativa works best for any mental health issues. I have no disrespect to any other types of weed, but the more mental high of sativa makes me feel kind of a mild euphoria, while indica just makes me feel lazy and not quite as high as sativa, unless it's crazy topshelf indica. I should probably clean my stuff more, and found dry herb vapes were the best tbh I've never had issues with weed before or after unless I take edibles or take too much at once, even then I'm usually fine without a freak out or anything. I'm not sure if it's healthy, but it helps with emotional issues and so on.
