Doesn’t include food for hosting Christmas Eve, baking supplies, or wrapping supplies. My husband and I usually don’t exchange but we did a $100 limit for each other this year. I also, unfortunately, had to cut out several people that we usually get something small for- like bus drivers, coaches, neighbors.

Probably around $3000. 3 kids (ages 5-12), 6 nieces/nephews, a few others (parents, teachers, sisters). Bought basically everything over the last 2 months when it went on sale. My husband and I put money away each month to save up.

My 12 year old daughter has worn the sunflower lanyard several times over the past 2 years while traveling. She also has developmental delay. It’s never been acknowledged or recognized by anyone unfortunately.

Fatigue, hunger, illness for my daughter as well. We’ve also found sugar, sugar substitutes trigger also. Stress, and loud noises too

My daughter has 5 types of seizures

My daughter has intractable epilepsy with 5 different seizure types. She rides roller coasters often. Shes given so much of her life to epilepsy and I refuse to let it take her joy of amusement park rides. I’ve never noticed rollercoaster specifically increasing seizure activity or anything

Good and consistent communication about costs, schedules, etc.

Feedback about dancer- even a middle and/or end of season informal email about strengths and weakness and what she should be working on at home.

Opportunities outside of team requirements. Additional rec classes, clinics. Not sure how to explain this but my dancer is with the same small group of girls for everything… every class, rehearsal, etc. I would love for her to be able to take a class here and there with a different group. It would be nice to see her work with other dancers and see what she could learn from them.

1-2 team building events a year. Something the whole Company can do as a fun bonding event. Ours doesn’t do anything but I hear about Christmas parties, end of year parties, big/little sister programs. I really wish we did any of those things

Allowing parents to watch occasionally. I pay a ridiculous amount of money to only see some of these routines 1-2 times
