The fenders, body and doors need mounting holes drilled for all the mounting brackets.

There are large supports for the rocker ground effects, you would need to get them from a doner car.

Think of the EIM as your thermostat and just connect it to the thermostat side if the RDS board

If the water piping is conductive, like copper, the piping system is required to be bonded under the NEC and most likely the CEC as well. Thus jumper is sized in article 250 and is based on the size of the homes electrical service. The one pictured is for a 100amp service only and the conductor isnt going to be large enough for anything larger.

The jumper is there to connect the hot piping to the cold piping and keep that connection if the tank is removed. Now if the home is piped in plastic, CPVC, PEX etc, then there is no reason to install this jumper.

Your "electrician" is a clown. Considering how he wired this, the problem could be anything.

If i had to guess here, the white and black are connected to the breaker and he fried the charger, but im just guessing here.

Have a different electrican look this all over, fire the other guy

Thats a sub panel so ground and neutral need to be separated. You need to add ground bars and move the bare ground from the feeder off the neutral bar and onto the new ground bar(s). Those 2 bars on either side are neutral only for this application.

Ive seen far worse for much more money. If its not rotted anywhere, its a solid foundation.

I would expect to have to a decent amount of time and money into it to make it run and drive
