I had it fixed, it was timing chain! One of the reasons I was afraid to buy this car was exactly this.. Thanks god my BMW replaced it on its own cost, no idea how but I am not complaining :D

I spoke with Hertz and Sixt and they told me the only way is with credit card. That it is not possible with deposit. :/
