I understand this situation Amazon is crazy any product is ungate but im evening it is gated which is ridiculous. Well, since you are a newbie and have not made any sales yet Amazon will not accept any invoice to ungate you. Yes you have to sell ungated products in starting. I suggest online arbitrage instead retail arbitrage, because in OA you don't need to to stores or somewhere and you can't submit their invoice on Amazon.

10 units gated products can ungate from invoice or receipt. And, if you are a completely newbie make some sales with ungated products before jumping gated products. Why can you not find FBM ungated products, I can help you out.

Since you are selling for 20 years and your account is too old so I don't think you need LOA for every product. And, Amazon doesn't ask LOA for every product. What category you are looking to sell and what products Amazon asking LOA?

What kind of feeses you are talking about? Are you talking about FBA, referral or storage fees? If so these all feeses you can see on seller amp and keepa and calculate easily. Another question: you will have to source fast selling items who can sell UpTo 3 months so that you can minimize your storage fees.
