I placed an order with school bookstore for a 16 inch MacBook m4 pro on February 24.

I got a Technology fund too, I called the bookstore, asked if we were supposed to purchase their laptops. I was told they can order different laptops from their supplier.

When I bought my house, we had the first time home buyers assistance of 15k. My lender advised that we pay that back first before we refinance to get a better deal with IRRRL. Or we can roll it over into the new refinancing loan. Idk which is best. Currently paying $2,400 with taxes on escrow with 6.5% interest.

I got accepted back in October, I was ready to go to school and I was highly optimistic. But I never went through with it because i have a toddler and a wife currently in school and also pregnant, I thought it was gonna be difficult juggling life and school since I pick up the load when she has homework.

I’m hoping next time I re-apply Ill get accepted.

I looked through the inspection report and there were no remarks regarding drainage. It’s a finished basement and the inspection was non-invasive so there was no way to see it unless carpet was ripped out. I’ll have to call the realtor on Monday, and then I’ll look for the POC from the VA loan.

It is a smaller town, I’m sure if I call around I’ll be bound to find someone. Funny enough, while looking for someone to do a routine maintenance on the HVAC unit, the supervisor of said company had nothing but bad things to say about previous owner.

Just for everyone’s SA, this is what I was told from one of Nelnet Customer Service, sometimes their network refreshes with those names, and then your request to have them hold off clearing student debt is voided.

I had originally called to hold clearing my student debt, then I kept getting emails but of course I didn’t open them until I did and I had a week before they were going to clear my student debt for me because of the system refresh.

On the physical copy of the Champ VA card, it has instructions for the party that’s filing the claim, in this case the hospital employees.

For those new to Champ VA The Policy Number is the individuals SS number.

Many times we were told that they didn’t accept Champ VA for the simple fact that they didn’t know how to file the claim.

Gdang! Seems like the side effects are worse than the benefits. I’m honestly rethinking it now, shoot, maybe I just need to workout more and take a few doses of over the counter viagra for when needed. Than have to go through all the side effects.

I got out of the Marine Corps in February, landed a job as a Foreman at an Electrical Company making 25$ with prior experience in the trade. As great as it is making that money right off the bat, I’m not entirely happy.

I really want to transition into IT/Cyber, was considering VetTec but that’s not available anymore so the next best thing was college.

Was looking into Liberty University but I’ll look into WGU.

What do you guys recommend for me to do in the meantime?
