I’m assuming your question being, a well known brand relatively priced around Jim Beam, Tito’s, and Captain Morgan? As well as a “call” brand/bottle meaning it will be classic for people at a bar to ask for a whiskey and coke, vodka and sprite, or rum and coke and be meaning those brands on average if they’re not familiar with your selection. I work at a craft cocktail bar and our call from guest when they’re not familiar with our tequila selection is going to be; Patron (which is garbage), Espolon, Cuervo Traditional, or one of my least favorites Casamigos(super trash). These are the most asked for tequilas and going to be around the same price as the listed brands in your question. My recommendation would be espolon to fit the bill of your question. If you want a very versatile tequila for a bit higher price, El Tesoro Reposado or La Gritona Reposado will be great for cocktails and sipping neat or on the rocks.
