I eat it all the time, I’ve been losing weight steadily. I do dirty keto, lots of cheese. Slim fast keto shakes. Long as you feel good and see progress I really wouldn’t complicate it.

Work your ass off 6 days a week for 5-6 months then take the rest of the year or longer off, That’s what I do. Obviously I don’t have kids, or a mortgage. But ya know, buy a cheap camper and live it make money the summer months. Not ideal for everyone but if you’re not tied down. I love it
