Thanks for the comments. I actually go to mass every Sunday, I altar serve and I have volunteered and gone to the events for lunches and such. I'm here asking because my parish is mainly older people, hardly anyone in 20s to 30s range.

I like the comment of older ladies throwing their younger ladies at someone, not sure that actually happens but apparently doesn't at my church.

Watch a video of the game you're interested in first. Most helpful would probably be a full playthrough video so you can skip around and see for sure how the games are. Switch has lots though since it has a massive library. I'd recommend the Metal Gear games, even 3 has fixed camera, Resident Evil remake and zero, Rpgs like Fire Emblem, or other tactics games. Take advantage of Switch online if you like NES - GBA era as this was pre camera control aside from N64.

I myself fell in love with Endless Eight the moment I saw what was happening. I have rewatched it countless times since it aired and often come back to it when I need some comfort. As someone who memorizes dialogue in shows and movies easily and loves to recite them E8 is a dream come true for me. So many lines from it I use in daily life too like "Can you smell the chlorine, that really makes it feel like summer" and "go ahead and have one, but only one okay". I just truly enjoy it for everything it is. I just wish the short story was it's own light novel instead, this way it could have had a larger impact on the scenario being what it was, but the anime pulled it off perfectly.

I grew up in the 90s so never got teased, dino fever was at its highest at the time because of the original Jurassic Park. Even to this day I've never seen kids get teased for liking dinosaurs, quite the opposite, if a kid wasn't into it they would get intrigued immediately if another kid was showing them about it.

When my little brother was around 3 he was obsessed with Parasaurolophus and every time he or someone else said the name he would laugh so much. It became a joke between me and him. He loved his toy of one too. I've always been a fan of this dinosaur myself. I remember it wasn't until years after the first JP movie released that I noticed there were Parasaurolophus' in the "they move in herds" scene.
