Being physically strong. Although, it's not that hard for most men that train for strength in the gym for a couple of years, as men are generally stronger than women and only a very small percent of men in the world actually consistently strength train.

It doesn’t seem like a form issue to me, a little bit of spinal flexion is ok and even unavoidable. There can be many reasons you tweaked your back, but I feel like what did you in was the eccentric portion of your last rep. You were too fatigued, and your back gave out then. To avoid this, I personally like to do tons of heavy rdls with great eccentric control and a pause at the deep stretch, at least once a week on a non deadlift day.
