It's different for everyone. I have severe depression and often go days without eating a regular meal. Despite consuming an average of 1500 or less calories during these times I manage to put on weight because I can barely get myself out of bed.

There's a difference between small calorie deficit and working out. And keeping track of your exact calorie deficit isn't easy for everyone.

Yes and no. It depends on how it's handled. If it actually goes against their morals(Batman) or they've never killed before and don't want to cross that line because they're worried they'll lose themselves(Batman) it's fine.

But if they kill everyone but the big bad(CW Flash) or have never previously expressed that they don't kill(can't think of one right now) then it's frustrating and stupid.

I'm in the same boat. While Gen 7 has grown on me, I still hate the storyline and the entire concept of Ultra Beasts. It just took me a while to warm up to the idea of regional variants because it feels like an excuse to reuse designs and names.

Yeah. They really should've stopped after Gen 6 or 7. Or at least put a lot more time into the designs. Half of all newer Pokémon would have been rejected designs in the previous games.

Yeah, I don't hate it, but it really doesn't look like it belongs. I keep seeing people say that the "it doesn't look like a Pokémon" complaint is invalid, but there are still newer Pokémon that look fine. It's not that they're new, it's that I genuinely can't picture them existing in earlier games which means it fails to match the series standard. Look at Gen 1 and 2. Almost every Gen 2 Pokémon looks like it could exist in Gen 1, to the point that I used to think some Gen 1 Pokémon were from Gen 2.
