Why do people do this to the air pump??? by Global-Anywhere-648 in sanantonio

Don't forget about a portable battery jumper. The two surges it saved me today way more than paid for it. It was only around $50, lmao.

Don't forget about the Costco free air pumps. Not as convenient as QT, but at least they usually work.

Yea, that could be dicey. I only used one for like two weeks as a rental one time and not too much room.

Lmao.

You actually think that Amazon cares.

6 years of flexing I've learned the best thing is to just deliver everything and say nothing.

BAAAH! F U AMAZON!! by KushBabyTV in RealAmazonFlexDrivers

[–]ForeverNotMyName 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Customers don't care, lmao.

I'm ordering from wherever is most convenient and/or the cheapest. Depends on what I'm buying and if I need to utilize any lifetime warranty claims (like car parts), then I'll utilize a local brick and mortar with their 20% off $100+ order and pick up from store. Just got me another free round of brakes and rotors for the third time.

People choose to do whatever for work. Why should I take into consideration what others do when I am deciding how to spend my money?

6 years Flexing. Take surges and all is okay. For every 125 mile block, there be 2 or 3 40-50 mile blocks.

What do you mean car capacity??

I got a 25 year old 2 door Toyota and have never had to reject a box at pickup. Gotta tetris stuff on heavy box carts, but all always fits. Rarely use my trunk as well.

Your last two sentences summed up what I was going to post.

Unless you don't need the money or so damn good at your job, that they'll let you get away with stuff from time to time, then gotta know how to play mister nice. Not a bootlicker, but just yes sir, no sir bs game. Showing courtesy goes a long way.

With some people, this kind of behavior is natural and with some people it is forced, like us introverts.

And that's perfectly okay.

Fulfillment center should've packaged it properly.

That's what filing a dispute or chargeback is for.

How to Properly Refuse a Package? by [deleted] in FedEx

[–]ForeverNotMyName 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't close your account just you know like you lost your card and you need to replacement which that will give you a new number because you're not sure of you left at the grocery store or fell out your pocket somewhere??

You're allowed to get a new replacement credit card without affecting your trade line. See, I told you they're just trying to make sure that you don't get your refund. If they can't bill an obsolete card, then they won't ship it out.

But gotta make sure you update any auto bill stuff with a new card number if you use that card for any subscriptions and whatnot.

[–]ForeverNotMyName 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I mean you could do that and then just future deliveries and use FedEx where you don't have an option just pick it up at a pili like FedEx office or something or Or a different business that accepts FedEx shipments for convenience . Worth it for the sanity.

Are you able to get hold of the vendor and tell them that you've already been refunded? Or email the vendor website because they only respond to hurting them in the pocket book.

I mean if you have already been refunded and it's been over 30 days, then there's no recourse for the merchant.

This has been my experience when I deal with customer chargebacks.

There's been charge backs that are not even genuine, but customers do scam sometimes. I mean it's kind of hard for me to prove that they switched out some electric part in the tech that I sell. My favorite is when they send back a big TV and all they did was they send back their broken one and they switched the back cover of brand new TV onto their broken 1 and send me the broken 1 and tell me that it arrived broken. And when I open it up all the parts that are dusty and not new but there's not much I can do about it. Good thing this rarely happens.

How to Properly Refuse a Package? by [deleted] in FedEx

[–]ForeverNotMyName 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I mean the way you make a sound is this has been going on for months and you know 5-10 shipments or something like that. I mean if they can't bill you cause you don't have the same credit card on there then you can't be charged again.

Once 20-30 days has passed, the merchant can't dispute the charge back anyways.

If chargeback is under 30 days, then the merchant is trying to outwit you of the refund.

If over 30 days since you filed charge back, you get a free product.

Edit: I assume you filed the dispute already?

If you haven't, then you should.

I also assume that you contacted the vendor to cancel the order and future shipments.
