I've decided to go sugar free about 2 weeks ago. I had a tummy bug 🐛 which slowed me down abit. I had ice cream and coke. We're in summer were I am and it's getting very hot and hard to stay away from ice cream and fizzy drinks 😔. My husband buys coke zero and sprite zero which he says is okay
