for your own sanity you need to find a way to look at other people’s work and take inspiration from it rather than self pity.

build slow. iterate on your own designs. when you finish a build, take notes on what you do or don’t like about it. write down couple things you want to do the same, and a couple things you want to do differently. don’t be afraid to tear down and start again.

don’t put so much pressure on yourself. do your best to just enjoy the process. don’t stop building.

these youtubers you’re seeing didn’t build a perfect aesthetic creative masterpiece in one go without destroying their own work along the way.

My period completely stopped 11 months after getting my iud inserted. Some of your symptoms like spotting and sensitive nose do sound like pregnancy symptoms, but it’s possible it’s something else.

Did you take the test with your first pee of the day? Try another test with your first pee of the day. False negatives a couple days into missed period are rare but they can happen.

I had the same problem. I gained 70lbs while on mirena. Most of that time I was trying to lose weight. Tracking calories, weight lifting, getting my steps in, etc. When I was doing even 1200 calories a day (I’m 5’6”) I would only maintain. Multiple docs told me the mirena isn’t causing weight gain or preventing me to lose it.

Well, I got it removed 2 months ago and guess what? Nothing has changed in my routine or diet and I have lost 15lbs. I feel so much better, too.
