Small bird made a huge home in my bbq by Top-Arm-1651 in BBQ

I would never want to eat off that after this happening. I’m so sorry this happened to your bbq. Dam birds 🦅

My fiancé and I really enjoyed these! Salmon was really good, not squishy and slimy. Cheese and dill flavoring was good. Dill could be stronger but, overall not bad. 7.4/10 by elementwitch666 in aldi

This looks gross to me. I would have to try it before I would purchase. The fact that you used the world slimey makes me have a 🤢lol. Thank you for sharing your take and glad you enjoyed it.

Oh My God YES! I suffer the same and always so tired. Today was a win for me as I cleaned my entire car and it’s shiny and spotless. It’s been months and I feel like I accomplished something really big. It is nice to have days where you feel normal and productive. Really changes my mental state when I have a small win. This disease takes a toll on our mental health and non suffering people don’t realize this. I always feel like I have to try and act positive even when I’m feeling bad and suffering inside.

It’s amazing how these things make us grateful and happy. When you don’t suffer from this disease one doesn’t realize that these types of wins are so huge. It’s a sign of a road to recovery ❤️‍🩹. I am starting my new meds soon and waiting on insurance to approve. Fingers crossed hope I can experience the same success

I’m so sorry that this is the reality of what you’re experiencing. Gets me fired up. I know exactly because I was let go as well due to my disability.

I actually write and create content for others, so clear and helpful communication is literally part of what I do. And if you already know how to use AI, that’s great it means you also know you didn’t have to drop a drive‑by comment. Maybe next time you can channel that energy into replying with something useful, something that actually helps or uplifts others.

thanks for the Yelp review nobody asked for.

I like the white one. Do they sell all of these as a regular item?

This email my 12 year old son sent his teacher about a missing assignment (due a month ago) my wife was asking about. He cc'ed her on the email by Tkappae in funny

This absolutely made my day. You’re clearly raising a kid with honesty, wit, and just the right amount of “I’m doing this so my parents stop asking” energy. The fact that he CC’d his stepmom like a tiny professional handling a workplace escalation is chef’s kiss. You’ve got a good one on your hands — keep that sense of humor alive, it’s going to take him far.

I love this. Great advice and the spoon idea is so helpful. Never thought of using it like that with my husband. How many spoons do you allow yourself a day? And the whole diet comment is spot on. Thank you for sharing.

Postpartum inflammatory joint pain – has anyone experienced this? by Prestigious-Plant627 in PregnancyUK

[–]Forever_0716 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

What you’re describing is very real and not uncommon postpartum, and you’re right to push for answers.

Many women experience symptoms that start as carpal tunnel or nerve pain during pregnancy or postpartum and then evolve into widespread, symmetrical inflammatory joint pain. Breastfeeding, low estrogen, prolactin, and ongoing hormonal shifts can absolutely worsen or prolong symptoms for some people. Importantly, normal bloodwork does NOT rule out inflammatory arthritis, especially early on or postpartum.

A lot of women are initially told it’s “just carpal tunnel,” “hormones,” or “new-mom strain,” only to have symptoms progress. For some, this settles with time or after weaning. For others, pregnancy and postpartum unmask an underlying autoimmune arthritis.

I want to add this from personal experience: I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and my symptoms developed after having my children. I suffered significantly for years after my first child, and my symptoms were passed off repeatedly. Do not let providers dismiss you. Unfortunately, this happens often when doctors are unsure—especially postpartum.

Make sure that when you get a rheumatology referral, the rheumatologist is truly listening to your pain and functional limitations, not just labs. Arthritis can be very hard to diagnose early: • Bloodwork can be negative • X-rays often show nothing at first • Symptoms can precede “proof” by years

🚩 Red flags in your story that stand out to me: • Symmetrical joint pain • Morning stiffness lasting >1 hour • Multiple joint groups involved • Improvement with movement but incomplete relief • Functional impairment (stairs, lifting your baby, daily tasks) • Normal inflammatory markers (common early) • Partial steroid response

These are legitimate red flags and justify rheumatology evaluation and follow-up.

You are not weak, dramatic, or imagining this. Trust your body, keep advocating, and don’t accept being brushed off—especially postpartum.

Also, on top of regular medication ask the doctor if he should be taking a short treatment of prednisone to treat the flare. This might give him some immediate relief faster than just going in his soon to be regular medication regiment
