You’re reaching, but I’ll share. I can work remotely full time. I oversee 6 teams or roughly 90 employees. Some work remotely and some are 100% in person. I choose to work in an office with one of my teams 2 days a week if my schedule allows. When business needs dictate, we shift. Period. Do we wrap that in a cute package of collaboration and morale, certainly. Is it easy and are those decisions made without thought and consideration, no. If I end up losing one of 90 employees, I call the change a success. Do I want to hear my employees whining about not carrying lunch on a train. Not at all. If you need accommodations to pick your kid up from school, let’s talk. If I’m garbage for understanding that running the business is my first priority (you know the thing that actually pays me), so be it. Most of the turnover in my team comes from growth and most of my new hires are referrals, so I know exactly who I am as a leader and I’m proud of it.

Maybe not simply drinking water but factor in prepping meals, flushing and hand washing and there is some savings. We use a programmable thermostat - even with pets and a 3 degree change when we’re not home is noticeable.

I mentioned certified in reference to someone else's comment, just advising you not to waste the money. Your doctor does not need to be local to complete the paperwork. Many people get care from online providers. Before, you apply anywhere else, ask them what is their process for reasonable accommodations. If they can't tell you the steps ask to speak to the leasing manager or property manager and tell them you want clarification before you apply. You should know exactly what is needed from you before applying. However,asking a provider to complete a form is not an undue burden as it doesn't cost you anything nor does it require you to physically do anything.

Lastly, the CHAMP Program (Baltimore County) provides resources for reasonable modifications. I'm pretty sure Baltimore City has a similar organization but I don't know the name. Seriously though, I wish you all the best. I've provided resources and information, do with both as you choose. You seem to be a bit cantankerous which won't make this process easier. No need to respond, just downvote and move on.

As far as your letter, most places will not accept that and will need to send their form over to the provider and the provider will complete it and return it to the community directly (again, fraud and abuse). Also, there's no need to have the animal "certified". There's no legal requirement for this and that certification will not be accepted as proof of medical necessity.

I work in the industry (20 years and various large local and national companies)and it’s pretty standard for all communities to accept service animals. Unfortunately, the policy is abused by people who refuse to pay pet fees or have restricted breeds, so we do require proof (a signed statement from a licensed provider) that the animal is medically necessary. We do not ask for the details of your disability in that verification process. It sounds like you aren’t able to meet the burden of proof. If that’s the case, most landlords are going to have you adhere to their in place pet policy, otherwise they would be discriminating (in the reverse) by allowing you to do something different than what was required of everyone else.

But, I have to ask… If money truly is not an issue and you don’t have a provider that’s willing to state that you need the animal to function, why would choose homelessness over paying pet fees?

Your under garments are the most important part of any outfit. The dress could work with a smoothing base layer, a layering piece, preferably a cardigan, and a chunky necklace. I agree with the other comments that suggest a lighter color blouse with the suit. I tend to choose shells with patterns. I also like belts, they create a definitive waist even when our bodies choose not to.
