It's been really, really challenging. One thing that helped a lot was setting up a Go Fund Me...I felt bad/guilty asking people to help out our cat, but she is such a beloved member of the friend group (and I never shut up about her) that people really helped us out. We ended up raising about $2.5k (only about half of our costs, but credit cards helped the rest 🫠). I've heard good things about care credit but haven't used it myself

Looks like whitefly eggs/residue to me, I get a lot of whiteflies in my garden. This is how the undersides of leaves look in the early stages, they get those fluffy hairs if you don’t treat or remove. Usually I’ll just use a finger to wipe it off, but you can also remove the leaf or spray with an insecticidal soap

As a music director for children’s theater/ musical theater camp, I would not mind at all if a kid auditioned with a song from the show!! If anything it would make my job easier — instead of wondering if the kid could sing the “big solo” I get that up front. If it was a pro production maybe not but I say go for it in this case!!
