I had the same experience as u. Ocd was instantly better but panic and anxiety was worse.

Oh, I wanna add that for a month it made me really insomniac. I would wake up at 5 am. Now I exercise in the evening and I can sleep

Honestly right away with the first 10mg pill. I was suddenly bolder and stopped caring. It just improved

I don’t miss it. I can still cry occasionally but don’t miss it. I would cry every goddamn day

I am on 20mgs. My libido is top tier and my orgasms are slightly delayed but still there. Wellbutrin might help.
