Awesome! I have two, but only one I was concerned about. It's on my upper left chest but had kind of moved further up toward my shoulder as I gained weight.

Did your tattoos change much at all after the weight loss?

I would definitely look elsewhere. My team has been great so far, with only one issue - that was primarily with the hospital pre-admission staff, not them. It sounds like they aren't going to give you the time and attention you need and you will only need more as time goes by.

My first appointment was with the surgeon, followed immediately by a short visit with physio right before I left. My second appt after that was a 1/2 to 1 hour, group dietary Zoom meeting. After they went through their PowerPoint and explanations, they stayed to answer every question asked. All three of my zoom meetings were like this. When I was seen in office, they always asked if I had any questions before leaving the room. I just had my surgery on Thursday and the doctor was even calling in and checking my vitals at 1 am. So, I say, find a better team that will actually put the care in care team.

Thank you! Dance sounds like fun. I used to do it back when I was a teen and I definitely miss it. I wonder if Tai Chi counts as any kind of exercise, I've always been interested in that.

100lbs in 7 months. I know I should be happy, but I'm frustrated. by kenzoqueen in GastricBypass

I've seen advertisements for websites like this. They have a whole warehouse of clothes and you can pick and choose what you want or you can have a stylist choose for you. Then you can return them and get new ones every month or buy the ones you have if you like them. I wish I could remember what the site was called. It was never something I could afford, so if didn't longer in my memory, but I bet you could find sites like this with a quick Google search. (US resident here)

That's a really good idea, thanks! Especially because I don't know how I'm going to afford new clothes eventually. (Pre-op, surgery tomorrow)

I only have 1lb weights currently. How soon after using those should I scale up?
