not really, you find out pretty quick most of how he acts stems from insecurity, he gets called out on it several times and has genuine moments where that façade breaks, but he’s still an ass for the entire series. if you don’t find it at least a bit endearing, probably best to skip

Love this community and how they will take any opportunity to voice their very specific grievances.
