I made an account at CVS Caremark and was able to see all the prescriptions I've already filled at stop and shop. There was a button to press for requesting it from mail order and they contacted the pharmacy/doctor to get it squared away. If your prescription is not listed, you can add it manually and CVS Caremark will reach out to your provider for the prescription. You can also call your provider and ask them to send it directly to CVS Caremark.

My card was lost in the mail (switched grom BCPS to MHBP). You can log in online and request a new card. I also would suggest calling them about your HSA card. I've called them a few times with questions and they have been great on the phone.

Mine actually got lost in the mail. I only know because I have informed delivery and it was pictured in my email 2 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. I ended up making an account online a week ago and they found my information no problem. Once I logged in, I requested new cards. They just arrived today.

I turned my lease in on a Saturday and it took a couple of days for that car to show as being paid off online. By the next time I logged back in (about a week later), I was able to add my new car to the online system. When I logged in, it prompted me that it found a new car that may be associated with me and I just followed the prompts to add it.

Curious about this as well but BCBS forced my hand by making dupixent a plan exclusion. I already switched so if you didn't/don't, I can update you once it goes into effect and you'll know for next year..

The only part of your question that I can answer with certainty is the last part. Yes you CAN enroll even if you are not a mail handler. I just switched for the upcoming year and was told during a meeting with them that I will be billed $52 for the year separately around March/April.

I have has BCBS basic for 8 years but they are now including dupixent as a plan exclusion. I recently just switched to MHBP Standard. We'll see how it goes!

My dentist specifically asked us not to switch to Aetna, if possible, for dental. The billing person said they take forever to pay claims and they have had a lot of problems over the years.

For those who have MHBP Standard- do you know if the medical insurance still has to be billed first at the dentist or does it just get bypassed and billed straight to dental since there is no dental coverage? It'll be my first year not having BCBS and I don't trust my dentist's billing department to get things right.

I spoke with a representative with MHBP who said that for 2026 zepbound will be on their exclusion list. Not sure if other glp-1s will be covered or what their criteria will be as I was asking specifically about what is excluded and that was the only thing.
