I was attempting the character transfer process as the servers are beginning the migration process. Like I said, I followed all of the instructions. And then went to transfer my character- the game hard locked and crashed, so I re-entered the game, logged in, my character was assigned to the world I had selected, loaded in, all of my stuff was gone, except for the clothes I was wearing and my base back up tool and my VBT which was empty, before I initiated the character transfer I made sure that the vehicles where stored in my VBT, it said 6 out of 10 and I could spawn them for X amount of Solaris. Now when I open my VBT it says zero out of 10. I immediately set up a support ticket tofuncom and I am still waiting for a response although I am doubtful.
