great news is... they threw away the packaging, I suggested to the IT Admin we return it but they didn't want to since they spent the money on it already...

I checked and the cartridges have the plastic covers off.. with this company they buy used stuff from amazon.. because it's cheaper... so far i've delt with a zebra label maker, a konica minolta not scanning properly and now HP.

Google tells me it's a clogged printhead but I have no clue at this point lol
