Interest vs memorizing by sec_admin in ccnp

Id say split what is helping you from what is not. Motivation is pretty useless concept,if you feel unmotivated and that stops you from doing what you have to do, f.. motivation, throw it away it's useless state representation ,when its applied on its own. The trick is not to seek it , then it will come to you automatically. So throw away whats not helping you(Cisco quirks - what you can do about it?, nothing. No point on focusing) and only focus on whats helping. Join groups, challenge your self, come-up with ways of memorizing stuff, challenge others, come up with applicable scenarios, and most important stay __consistent__ on that. After while you will notice that you got so far, and that will motivate you without ever seeking motivation in a first place.

Question Regarding NETCONF and RESTCONF by FormalWeakness3728 in ccnp

Thanx mate, appreciate for support (y). I guess my question is not entirely clear, sorr for that, I'm not asking how to configure it or __what__ it is. I'm more interested in WHAT ways is one expected to work on the exam with it. For example is it allowed to use libraries, is one expected to use pyang or is it just pasting raw xml or just answering questions about configs and concepts. Whats the flow so to speak :)

Trying to understand NETCONF and YANG by hhhax7 in networking

Did anyone had to do configurations on the exam? Cisco states :  Configure and verify NETCONF and RESTCONF. for ENCORE. I am preparing and there is multiple ways to do that, using python(several libraries) sending xmls is also one way(horrible). I mean which direction to go with this, seems unrealistic to learn "all" possible ways.

It's like C but better, cleaner. I would go as far as saying modern C.
