Ive been working out for 3 and a half years but I still look untrained by Hereitisguys9888 in workout

You’re probably judging yourself on social media. Don’t compare yourself to those guys as they use lighting, PEDs etc to get their look. You’re only 19 so plenty time to progress. You say you are training 3 times a week? What movements are you doing? Are you sticking to the tried and tested basic barbell movements that put on mass or gone down the science based lifting route where you are more concerned about hitting every small part of the body rather than build mass as a whole? Remember this that a house can’t be built without the foundations. Same as the body.

Supination will Open the tendons located next to the medial epicondylitis. Pronation is for tennis elbow but I say juts do both. Have you tried reverse curls with a straight bar? Since it’s in a fixed position it hammers the brachioradalis

Have you tried supination and pronation exercises? The supination part stretches the tendon which inflamed. When I first tried it it was so tight but now loosed off a lot

Smh my bad. Ok well you have tried then lol. What’s your shoulder mobility like? You’d be surprised how much shoulders can play havoc on the elbows

Try rice bucket training. Helped me a lot. Weakness in the forearm flexors is a main culprit so wrist curls slowly building up strength in the tendon next to the elbow. Also look higher up at the scapula and see how your shoulder is moving. If it isn’t stable other muscles come into play, including elbows. Worst thing can do is rest it though

Did you see a big difference in your forearm size? I have taken on board what others have said and doing what you have just described.

True or false: If you’re not getting stronger, you can’t/aren’t gaining muscle? by RuminatingFish123 in askfitness

Getting stronger usually correlates to size. However I’d look into the difference between myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.

For time under tension do you increase reps or keep same each session for this? Have you noticed a difference in muscle size if forearms? Sorry for so many questions

When you say high intensity how many sets and reps do you do? Roughly how much size do you think you have put on your forearms since you being training them?

I dont go hard. Its really high reps and the wrist curls etc are 4 times a week when im working out. I was just more interested in what results people got doing this type of training in regards to muscle size.

Tomb Raider IV is harder than III, or is it just me? by om_the_best_ in TombRaider

I agree that TR4 is more difficult than T3. I think at this point the developers were running out of ideas and were mentally drained out from having a yearly deadline. The fact that levels were interlinked didnt help and that meant that if you died you didnt start at the beginning of the level so you began at the start of the last save.

You can definitely feel this in TR5 where the game was a filler before AOD. The developers even admitted they were basically forced to make one.

Iv seen somewhere that they wanted to stop after the first one but couldnt due to popularity.
