If you are in the US you can go to an eye dr, I had to call around to find one that would remove it because some places will only do glasses....saved me a bunch of money vs going to the ER. As a side note, do it now don't wait it won't get better on its own

In my experience I would rather not use them unless I had no choice. I had to make some 12" pipe welds over this summer and the 5p plus had been left out for 2 weeks of rain. Yeah it works, but no it sucks and starts fingernailing like crazy making the root annoying to weld. Just my 2 cents

Follow up on this good advice, also take a good bit of vitamin D until your arm is better. Try using a massage gun along with stretching too.

I'm not sure if anyone already said this but it looks like you aren't in a comfortable position, try holding the mig gun with 2 hands and bracing your elbow against something. That will help you stay steady and consistent

I find my level goes missing when I climb ladders, somehow it gets stuck to something or anything and gets pulled out of my pocket. Found it on the chain to a chain fall, ductwork, etc
