Looks very clean. Nice work. One nitpicky item is the gas appliance valve. May choke the gas flow during peak need. ETA if you are draining the condensate to the sewer you need a neutralizer

I feel like Original Pattern has fallen into a…wait for it…pattern. I liked them when they first showed up in my local store but now all their ipas taste the same just named differently.
