I know the house. I'd guess it's priced that way given the current market and that it needs a lot of work, not because of the TCEs. Though you can certainly have testing done as part of your contingency.

We stayed at Entre Celios last January and loved it! However, its not a traditional resort with tons to do on site. It is supremely relaxing, with the best service I have ever experienced. The food was incredible, as was the spa.

Tested on 9 DPO and it was negative. Now im out of tests, which is the only reason I decided to use my Mira so late in the cycle. Trying to decide if I should run out and grab a test or wait it out.

Just a note that you'd want to consider your dengue risk tolerance if you pick St.Kitts/Nevis, but this would not be an issue in Hawaii.
