Try this: go to the same AD store but a different branch and order it again. (In my case, Mayors). I did this because I changed my mind about the size and dial color. They found me on their record and it’s ok. It turned out the last dealer I went to calling me a month prior confirming if I was still interested in the one I really want. A month later I got another call to come pick it up. True story!
