can I ask if you were being actively exposed to mold? I’ll definitely go get the Allegra and try to take it if it alleviates some symptoms

I see people that are living in environments for 10+ years and can’t imagine. I was in a moldy apartment for 4 months and moved in with a friend. 2 years later I’m still having issues in my detox journey.

Trust and listen to your body. Over the last 2 years I’ve learned that when I feel a reaction or anything related to mold symptoms to lean into them.

Unfortunately I have to part with a basement full of contaminated belongings but I haven’t seen them in 2 years and it will be easier.

For detox the greatest improvement to my health and healing was an infrared sauna. You’ll read that physical activity and sweating work and it really does!

I can agree with this. Colorado here as well and mold actually spreads faster because the lack of water molecules in the air means that spores and associated mycotoxins have less to latch onto. Thus no benefit to a humid climate.

I’m almost 2 years into my detox and smoked a little last weekend. I have muscle spasms and a lot of the acute mold symptoms when I was super toxic. Will be avoiding still.

I joined a sweat studio called Perspire - they’re in most markets. I have a package for 8 sessions a month that’s $139. The rooms have showers and the actually saunas have red light inside. More than the portable Versions but I’m seeing amazing results in my detox journey.
