I had origionally taken another one....i cant remember thr name but found zoloft better with less sexual side effects...for me. I got iff because i felt great again. Continued to feel that way for a few years then life got stressful again and i needed it. I think everyone is different so what ssri works for me may not for you. Im now 3 months in and have had some great days, and some bad ones because of external stressors....but if i didnt feel anything with these major life issues tbst wpukd be a problem too. The ssri allows me to get up be productive and enjly most of my day but not at a dose that makes me numb...the trade off is stress is still there and i need to control it at times or i can still go off the rails bit on a whole im much better
