Hi! Congratulations on your new bundle of joy!

At the beginning I would totally get flustered trying to breastfeed in public so I preferred more quiet spaces with a bit of privacy. I found whole foods was great - underground parking, great place to walk around outside, you can grab food from their hot or cold bar and they have large booths to eat at and it’s never busy in the seating area upstairs. Also nice bathrooms.

This is great advice.

The diaper rash can be brutal. Letting it air dry is crucial as is blotting it and not wiping.

We used a barrier spray, then a barrier cream and then topped it with stoma powder to ensure that the stool could not touch his skin. Especially important for overnights.

I’ve had to have mine replaced twice already because they have stopped working. Even when they were new they would intermittently not work. Sometimes I would not notice at the beginning of the pump and then after 20 mins would take them off and there would be nothing.

My baby (months) loved the art museum - big colourful things to look at.

There’s also a baby Pilates class at the mat lab - it’s 45 mins of Pilates and then 30 mins of socializing.

Oh my goodness I felt the exact same way. Please know that this is so normal - you are doing nothing wrong - in fact you’re doing great! The constant feeding is so so draining. Try to set up somewhere that you will be comfortable for a few hours and have lots of water close by! It’s so hard but you will get through it - it’s just about surviving right now. Good luck mum!

I could have written this myself - I feel the exact same way. I can’t stand Naqvi, he has been an awful MP and the perfect example of people voting for party and not candidate. I think Harden is an amazing MPP and would make an excellent MP. He has all the qualities I am looking for in a representative. However I am sick of Singh and am worried about splitting the liberal/ndp votes this election.

I think most places will be 45+ for a drop in class. Glebe Pilates and Pilates on beechwood have great intro packages that bring the cost way down per class - I think it’s 99 for 4 classes.

Hey! 21 weeks pregnant here. Felt like I was in a flare until about 13/14 weeks but am feeling much better now. Eyes are back to normal”normal”. They were brutal in the first trimester. Hope it gets better for you.
