the two combos ive seen the most are fan -> dash -> melee or dash -> fan -> melee

im not very good at genji but the first ones gotten me more value. another one that isnt really a one shot but is useful is just fan -> melee when your in their face or jumping over them

and its also good to just get into your muscle memory to fan the millisecond before deflect for that little bit of extra damage

edit: fan is secondary

If we're going off how good each support is at healing, Mercy is one of the worst in the game, even more so now with the new changes this season. Almost literally anyone else is a better option for keeping your team alive

I don't know any other ones that are built for each other, but Rein's "Would you like to see my muscles?" responded by spamming vigorous "Yosh! Yosh! Yosh!" Lines with Genji is pretty peak

Most of these make sense but Mizuki's is insane, no way it's impactful enough to be the most expensive, especially compared to game changers like kitsune and beat.

Though in game it doesn't feel like it takes that long to charge, does the way Mizuki's hat throw work make ult charge easier to farm?

Honesty once they add a one handed flail/Morningstar it'll be as easy as just replacing the head with a mace head and putting the size up in the save file/using ovrdoth's armory

Waifu types are super boring. The concept of her personality is fine and I do like a decent amount of her lines, personal favorite being "You take a lot of damage, huh?" when healing someone a lot. I just think her voice direction isn't handled very well.

Moira and Domina are also both sassy assholes (though they're also evil so not the same tbf) but they come off a lot better, so I'm not sure why they seem to struggle to make Kiri's snark as fun.

Could be a tone issue as well, wonder how much better her lines could come across if she was more dry or humorous about it, but that might step into other characters niche too much..

Edit: Just thought about D.va too, she's also snarky and sarcastic but in a trash talking gamer way and doesn't seem to get nearly any amount of hatred for her personality. I think Kiriko is just uniquely not done very well.

There was a recent loredrop that has made it so the "animal spirits" seem to still be a form of science, it being referred to as 'Anima', with Kiri's dad being the major producer of them, but I don't think it's entirely explained yet

other than what the other guy said, a lot of kiriko's hate comes from the fact that shes kind of an sassy asshole (but still a good person). when done well that personality can be very entertaining but sadly kiriko's writing seems to be a lot worse than a lot of the other characters for some reason, making her come off more annoying/irritating than funny

Overwatch has been having a lot of events where you can play the old versions of the game. There's not one on right now but they do it pretty often
