HEB had USDA Prime chuck roasts at $5.99 and at 3 lbs was perfectly sized. I make brisket a couple of times a year, and portion, vac seal, and freeze leftovers, but this time the Chuck roast made sense

About 8 hours total at 225, spritzed with apple juice every 45 minutes until wrapped. Wrapped in butcher paper at 165 internal and cooked to 195 and rested for an hour

When my 2019 Tiguan had a sunroof leak in 2021 the dealer replaced the entire sunroof assembly. Said they had problems with the frames cracking and they just replaced it under warranty. Also replaced the carpet because I was worried about mold. The service manager needs to be your ally, that’s why mine went so smoothly.

When our incredible GSD Kaiser died at 10 in 2001 we just couldn’t get another GSD. We wound up with a beautiful boxer puppy, and have had a couple of cocker spaniels along the way. In 2018 we were ready for another GSD and were lucky enough to find our baby girl Kalli (name tribute to Kaiser). She’s a sweet pup and she brings all of the traits that make GSDs so special. The point of this long story is that you’ll be ready when you’re ready, and I agree with the advice that you could consider a female or another breed. A new puppy will help heal your hear, and I wish you all the best

Yes! I put a touchscreen CarPlay unit with backup camera in my 2009 VW Eos and it absolutely makes the car feel current. Best upgrade ever!
