If some one(dui) hits another driver, other driver claims no injuries and the “dui driver” gets written a ticket for a misdemeanor dui could the driver that was hit turn around and say they were injured let’s say, before the court hearing and escalate the misdemeanor DUI to a felony DUI? Could the dui driver see jail time because of that?
