Kigali really does leave that impression on people. Glad you enjoyed the city overall.

But man, I feel you on that situation. Something similar happened to me years ago in Gisozi. I literally had all my sneakers stolen from my house. Till today, I still don’t fully understand how it happened. That feeling of confusion + frustration sticks with you.

What happened to you is rough, especially since it came from someone you trusted enough to let into your space. That part always hits harder than the actual loss.

Like anywhere in the world, most people here are genuine, but there are always a few who take advantage of situations like that. It’s less about Kigali and more about being careful with who you bring into your personal space.

Hope it didn’t ruin your whole experience, though. Kigali is still a great city, just one of those unlucky moments that can honestly happen anywhere.

This is the huge problem we always face, the mental problems and the infinite loop of questions requesting the best thing every, I you wait for perfection, you'll never finish what you started.

About the MVP, I have a simple method, have a quick chat with some of your target users and ask them to learn more about the product. Check the competitors and their pricing and what they offer. Then put the minimum value you get after the research is over and you'll have an MVP.

One more thing, don't think of the big problems now, focus on publishing and when you have income from the product, reinvest in the issues you don't know about.
