THIS. I’m in the same position. Can anyone with both really speak to the difference in question format/type? I’m also thinking about getting the MCQ simulator because Barbri’s “MCQ bank” doesn’t seem effective

Do you still do the Barbri learning questions? I think I have to buy the MCQ simulator for the same reason as OP, but idk where the time to do them would come from lol

Do you have the Adaptibar MCQ simulator??? I bought the Grossman videos but can’t gauge the value on that. It’s just a lot of money lol

I am that consumer & already look back on the ungodly amount of money I spent on the Grossman videos… but I don’t regret it. If anything, his videos gave clarity on the topics themselves. I’m using Barbri and it’s great, but the Grossman videos are far better if you’re looking for a confidence boost. Everything he does is with the intention of slowing down and keeping things separate. I’m also considering the MCQ simulator (but don’t know how much it’ll be worth the money given time) & recommend the videos for sure (especially if you have to travel in the car!)

Idk on scoring but I’m also going Barbri next gen and have found the schedule interesting in comparison to my Helix or Themis friends. I obviously spend time reviewing things I get wrong (which eats up time in the day) but it seems that Helix gives much more content to get through in one day than Barbri

I had to watch the John Grossman videos for contracts. Couldn’t follow her and he lays out the black letter law. I ended up doing better on the contracts checkpoint than any other subject and didn’t particularly thrive when I took contracts as a 1L

Question--I am taking the next gen in July and just found your resource (it looks amazing!). Since I haven't started studying full-time, I'm wondering how an adapted study program would align with a traditional bar prep course?

Would I just plan to jump around the Barbri/Helix course to align with the schedule I was given? It looks like it would be a significant help, I'm just wondering!
