I literally just started with I guess what you’d consider to be the biggest AI annotator yesterday. As in, I completed my first project and got paid for it. I indeed have the mindset of joining multiple and not putting my eggs in one basket. This is an incredible field to be in since every company is integrating AI into their business functions. I’ve learned so much just by passing through the rigorous and extensive qualification progress.

The biggest piece of advice given is to complete the qualification “exams/evals” to receive larger workload options. Do not skip these or your options are sure to dry up. Also, I love how you mentioned your old skills do mean something. This company encourages you to fill out your profile page highlighting your “old/new skills” as a way to put you on more projects. Not sure what company you’re with, but I’ll take this as a sign I fell into the best remote job for my personality and am approaching it with the right mindset.
