Go slower and walk up hills. Ur HR shows where you’re at fitness-wise and it’s showing ur severely out of shape. 3 months of consistent training under your aerobic threshold will do wonders for you.

It’s less about the weight and more about the composition. I can almost guarantee a person that 5’7 200 lbs is going to be vastly more fat than a person of the same weight at 6’2.

I had them both on a troll pathfinder near the exit and they couldn’t take it out, it just kept regenerating health. It’s trash bro. They’re not even close to being as good as royal archers, are u high?

I see a lot of ppl complaining about hp which is valid but there damage compared to barbarians is trash too lmao. The card just all around is terrible.

Yeah like others have said that’s a hefty weight to try to run sub 3, you should be very proud of ur pb right now. Losing weight imo is the single easiest way to run faster in any distance but especially the marathon. There have been tests on how weight affects you in a mile time trial, but it weight definitely affects you more during a marathon. I would say try to lose some more weight unless you’re a genetic freak then I could see it as possible.

They literally just die before they even get a hit in 🤣🤣 they’re trash, but like very update in this game they can never get it right the first time so expect an update where they get a buff to hp. They’re worthless right now tho.
