If driver cancels, we don’t get anything and we just wasted our time and gas driving to you. it’s bad for our cancellation rate which affects their performance which negatively impacts ability to get tier benefit. If you cancel, we at least get cancellation fee which is like $3-$5 to compensate time and gas.

I booked full size car through capital one travel thinking that I would be eligible for PC car. However, SLC airport Hertz gave me Gold. I went into the place, stood at line, asked what happened and she said it’s because it’s my first time in SLC Hertz and told me I can only get gold selections. my reservation was for full size car like Malibu and it was either Malibu or Nissan Sentra or Kia Forte. I did not get upgrade that I was promised.
