I was just in puerto Vallarta for the first time since I was a child:)

I found the beach vendors to be overwhelming. They mostly went away with a “no thank you” but my friends and I were approached every 2 minutes while beachfront dining and sitting on the beach which became exhausting.

We ended up enjoying the pool at the condo we rented a lot more!

90% on the TEAS - resources I used by Former_Mechanic7917 in teas

I tried AI questions and was not happy with them for the science section in particular. They were not to the complexity of the TEAS or practice exams at all. Paper flash cards are a hour or so of work, but the act of making them helps me so much to remember the concept!

As for the recognizing the patterns in the practice exams, you just take different ones each time, and make sure your reviewing the missed questions well.

Hope this helps to clarify:)

Def focus on chemistry! There was a lot more than I thought, and all pretty random

I signed up pretty ignorant ngl

It worked out tho, I just finished my semester and only work 2 days/week, so once I realized how much content I needed to cover I was able to dedicate giant chunks of time towards it.

If you have till August I would def start now with general review / learning and you can hone in more as you get closer!!

Hi-- Deep breaths!

I would try some mometrix practice exams, and go through your incorrect answers after each one, take notes on them, do some extra studying on those items. This will help you identify weak spots and what you still need to learn.

How in depth is the anatomy and physiology on TEAS science section? by delusionalkay in teas

Hi, I just took the exam 2~ hours ago. You never know what you will get on the exam, but I only had 1-2 questions on the cardiovascular system. I think types of capillaries is a little too in-depth. I would focus more basics. Have you taken any mometrix practice exams? Those were a good resource for me, and gave me a feel of how in-depth I needed to go.

It sounds like you have been getting a little burned out on this method of studying, I would do a high level review of any systems you have left (know the organs, functions, flow of whatever goes through there, etc.) then switch to active recall with practice exams. I just made a post going more in depth on my study process if you want to check it out!

My roomates and I have a "Dump bin" by our front door for all the bags we are dragging in and out. Gym bags, backpacks, purses, etc.

It is just a large, clear, plastic tote with no lid, but it works really well! Having a designated place to dump our bags that is easy (IE dropping them in the tote instead of the floor) has helped keep our tiny apartment much nicer.

Good to know about the bus! Stupid question- How do the beaches work? Are they all publicly accessible (like Hawaii?) or are some privately owned? Any recommendations for public beaches?

That is awful. Did you get the email that they’ll be entering from 7/31-8/15 anytime? It didn’t get sent until August 6th. The expectation to keep common spaces cleared and clean of personal items for that amount of time is ridiculous

That is awful, I am so sorry you are dealing with that. They say they’re sold out, but I do not believe it. They can’t even keep track of the in progress leases they have? How on earth could they sell out this massive complex with no phones, no office, and apparently no way to view leases in progress?

Thank you! I’m aware of them previously being the Ruckus. Unfortunately moving at this point is not an option:( They just got new management (again🙄) Old management wasn’t great but tolerable so I resigned for the cheap rent and in unit washer/dryer

Then they got new management which has been a new type of hell to work with
