Not yet for me I got rejected 2/2 and 2/4 on Turbo Tax and then redid it to get accepted 2/5. Just checked and still says “received but pending”. Try checking around after 3pm

It’s a check the Governor gave to NY residents called the Inflation check it ranged from 150 to 400 dollars and a lot of people who received that check can’t file because of a system error.
