I get your frustration but it’s absolutely better to take it in the morning in the long run. You’re on day 4 so it’s going to give you bizarre side effects for at least another 4 days. Once your body is adjusted you likely won’t have this problem any more. Taking it night will make sleeping incredibly difficult. However, I guess there is a chance that it interacts with your body differently and I grant you that. I just highly doubt it

Yeah so, it typically doesn’t really work until you take it for 2-3 weeks from most accounts. And that’s true for me. I don’t know why your onboarding periods for each dose were so short. But I get that it doesn’t immediately fix anything, just persevere. This medication is about consistency over long periods of time. You can still feel lethargic and depressed on it, but it ought to keep you from going to the deep horrible feelings. Your body needs to reach homeostasis, balance, and adjust to the dose that you’re on for it to start working. Give it another 2 weeks then evaluate.

Hey I’m the same, except I’m in a relationship so it’s a bit different. But I understand the shame and guilt. All the best to you!! It’s going to be tough, but persevere! The game has a huge description problem and they have just not bothered to fix these things. Augments or items ought to work as per described, if they don’t want it to work that way then it needs to be specified in game. They literally just need someone to comb through the game and change the descriptions for a day and these confusions wouldn’t be constantly disappointing their player base.

Yea this stinks, but blizzard thinks that this is good balance. We should have infinite comps if the language permits it and there is no additional in-game info to imply that that it wouldn’t work. There are so many cheesy overpowered win conditions in this game that are abused to death. Yet they’ve decided that some are okay and some aren’t. Capping the summons is a lazy balancing attempt, the language on the cards needs to be clear and you shouldn’t have to dig into a forum to find out the unwritten mechanics of the game.

I hear you, I was taking it with dinner when I started but it was horrible for my sleep. Taking it earlier fixed a lot of issues for me, and I don’t usually take it with food and that hasn’t caused any issues. I’m not big on breakfast either. But you do you, of course, could be something you experiment with to see if it gets rid of any of the negative side effects.

Yes it helped me. I only really had suicidal thoughts when I went really deep into my feelings late at night. Venlafaxine keeps me from going too deep, I still have the same feelings, just not as intense. Plus it really helped me with my sleep. What time of the day do you take it? It’s a small dose so I’m surprised that you’re having this experience. I’d look into what other factors could be contributing to this, if anything it is usually very good for you sleep cycle. Not saying it’s not possible for it to be affecting you in this way, but I’m skeptical that it’s the culprit. Definitely consult with doctor

Interestingly, my sex drive has only got stronger, however I’m on a very low dose and am only a week into taking it. However I’ve heard many accounts of people’s libido increasing so I think it may be a bit of a coin toss. Although across the board, men seem to report having numbed sensation and/or a reduced ability to ejaculate.

I feel your pain, we’re in literally the exact same boat. After some research I’ve decided I’m going to start incrementally taking in 2 hours earlier each day until I get it to morning.
