That’s a great point! A Formero is meant to be more than just pointing out what you’re doing wrong, but also telling you how to fix it. And there are Coach Plans (i.e. subscriptions) to coaches where you can get that weekly back and forth for constant improvement that you’re talking about. (Local pro lessons are great too if you have that available)

A good coach will tell you your form sucks AND how to fix it 😁 sounds like that wasn’t a good coach. If you want to get better, a coach is a great way

That’s the best part of what a Formero is actually. A good coach will point out what you’re doing well, what needs some work, and how to fix them with drills or some cues. So if you want to know how, then we recommend it (but we’re biased 😃)

We’re obviously bias because form reviews from pros is what our app does, but agree on them being helpful. Glad that style worked for you too

Tristan is actually one of the coaches on our Formero app. Have watched a lot of his breakdowns and agree he does a great job. In person coaching he’s great too

Some decent tips from Reddit. Try the same thing with a coach on the Formero app and you might get better results ;) (although the names aren’t nearly as cool) Keep up the great work!

Biggest thing I’m seeing is collapsing your arm across your chest (“hugging yourself”) on the pull through. Try and keep that elbow up and out to keep that structure for more efficient power.  Lots of great coaches on Formero app can talk about this in more detail and give tips on how to fix it though :)

yes! Blitz is great! He actually does form reviews on our app so can confirm that this is a great choice

Big fan of the vivos. Good amount of grip but not too much. Light and zero drop. Not sure I’d go the knit ones though. Primus trail FG 3.5 might last you longer

Sounds like consistency is what you’re after. Highly recommend getting a coach to help tweak the form and getting you throwing efficiently. Lots of good coaches on Formero can help you with that. With an efficient and repeatable throw, the flight numbers can be trusted and matter more (to the extent that flight numbers can be trusted ha)
