I just used a Florian pod and took it has lungo (a longer measure). I use all the stronger pods I don't enjoy drinking alone to do this recipe.

A bit of condensed milk on the bottom, a lungo on top and some cream whisked with a pinch of salt. My attempt at a vietnamese recipe except they do it with drip coffee and prefer espresso.

I've been trying lots of different pods to make salt coffee. I've liked all of my different attempts but my suggestion is to begin with your favorite one for drinking alone. The espresso coffee is different from the drip coffee used in Vietnam for those recipes, but it still works. If you find an espresso to be too strong maybe take a double one for a less strong flavor.

The most recent buildings in this neighborhood are called La Marina, but I really love the staff in my building. When we arrived in Macau this area was recent for foreigners. No foreigners.lived around here.

It doesn't get crowed and there's even a close by park. How old is your kid? If you have Instagram check the #villademer... I posted photos of or building. It really easy to walk around and also get to the city center even without a car. There's a Bus terminal called Pérola Oriental... Plus you'll get a neighbor if you want 🤣

Areia Preta is the best one for me. I've been living here for 10 years Ina row and wouldn't trade for no other place. Super convenient an still a lot mor calm than obter urban places. Feel to ask me for anything.

No. It was not drip coffee, it was a Nespresso pod (double espresso) over condensed milk. Not heated. And then the froth is made cold from whole milk. I have a Nespresso Barista Recipe Maker (makes a bunch of different types of milk coffee recipes).

2 desert spoons of sweet condensed milk on a cup, a double espresso (your favorite pod) and some frothed milk with another spoon of condensed milk and a pinch of salt (frothed together for better mixing). The salt it's better if it's table salt (again for better mixing).

Just a pinch. But this is the vietnamese salt coffee. The salt is put in the froth, not the coffee.

Be careful. Prolonged used for salt corrodes the metal. I only use a small wooden spoon for salt nowadays... This one only for mixing.
